My UX writing experience includes long- and short-form web copy, UI content, microcopy, error messages, CTAs, menus and navigation, explanatory copy, headlines, labels, etc. I am well-versed in UX writing and design best practices and principles, and spend my free time reading and absorbing as much information as I can to stay up-to-date on industry trends. I have a personal passion for accessibility and have been at the head of accessibility efforts on many of my projects and teams at Delta Dental.
In late 2022, I completed the W3Cx Introduction to Web Accessibility Course. I aim to continue taking as many educational opportunities to expand my UX writing, content strategy, and web accessibility knowledge.
